All my foodies out there know damn well that there is no life without spice. I enjoy a good kick to my meal. But, not the kind that causes you to perspire and/or almost choke. Just a dash of some of my favorite sauce to top off the flavor and accentuate the underlying undertones to the taste of the meal. It’s more than the taste though because there are actual health benefits from adding spice to your meal such as weight loss and improved blood circulation. My favorite spice of all time is red chili powder. A close second would be cinnamon.
